Crock Pot Sloppy Joes
1 lb. lean ground beef
(1) 8oz. can tomato sauce
½ cup catsup
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
4 soft buns
Combine all ingredients in crockpot through the green pepper, no need to brown meat first. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve on buns. If desired, brown meat along with pepper, onion and garlic first. Add to crockpot with remaining ingredients and cook on low 2-3 hours.

2 large apples
3 cups shredded carrot
1 Tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup chives
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Shred apples either in a food processor or on a box grater. Add apples, carrot and remaining ingredients to a large bowl and toss. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
