k I'll be looking for them and I've seen some the one that you already have up so I see some of the stuff you buy and stuff like that so but I'll keep my eye open and keep watching
do you think it would be helpful if I made a weekly menu and then go to the store every week with that also help in my house too specially with this transition and I'm starting to eat healthier
k the next time I'm in Krogers I'm going to look for that brand and give it a try I mean I think you for let me know what I need to look for and stuff like that if I have any more questions are will be definitely getting back with you
k I will look I live down the street from the Krogers and Whole Foods is on the other side of town for me
thank you so much you have helped me and what I need to start looking for when I start my transitioning to start eating more healthier it was a real eye opener
hi I am trying to eating healthier taking more care of my body and I want to eat more natural organic food have you always been eating this way organic and natural if you would could you give me some tips on starting this I would like to start at the beginning of the year if you would just give me some tips on how to start getting my family and me to eat more healthier foods thanks
I didn't know there were organic frozen mixed vegs – ty! Now of course I'm wondering what's in my 'regular' mixed vegs in the freezer (looks worriedly over her shoulder at the kitchen as she types) ….. is there a taste difference???
Thanks so much! Happy I could help!
I love your channel. You give so many good ideas for meals 🙂 I never know what to cook or buy at the store for the week. Keep doing these lol
Thanks! Yeah – it's not cheap. I'm lucky our HEB's in Texas have the best prices for organic or healthier alternatives.. And I can imagine 2 teen boys. Mine isn't even 2 yet and our grocery bill is so much higher than when he was first starting solids with mostly purees and stuff. Eeek!
i would love to be able to buy as much organic stuff as you do, but where I shop, I would be spending three times what you spend.
Can't wait to see more menu's. I love that you use organic. I am trying to switch over but with 2 teenage boys it can get very expensive.
Thanks! Yeah- I appreciate knowing they have no pesticides, hormones, fillers, preservatives… Since most things have them – It's nice to try to stay away from it when we can. 🙂 Thanks for watching!
That being said I like the way you try to stay in the organic/natural range of food. Which is why I watch! But I just want you to educate yourself so big businesses don't take advantage of you or anyone for that matter.
Natural does not equal organic. That is exactly what the brand wants you to think. Pretty much any food could claim to be "natural" if it has just one ingredient that was grown! It is not organic unless it has that little green and white logo saying USDA organic. Honestly I don't think it is logical for everyone to go 100% organic because of the cost as well as supply and demand. There just would not be enough organic farms locally to be able to feed every single person a straight organic diet.
I think the music makes it more interesting. Thanks for the great ideas. I'm off for the summer so now I have plenty of time to prep and plan for my family meals. I love all your ideas! Thanks!
Thanks! I appreciate your honest feedback. 🙂
Just saying – music in the background distracting and unnecessary – love your videos
