The Body Coach App | What I Eat In A Day | Day 5.
Hello 👋,
Today’s video is what I eat in a day on the 7day trial of the body coach app. I have tweaked some of the recipes to make them more keto or to use up some things in the fridge. I am doing a targeted keto approach, hence why I do have some of the refuel meals but also I personally have a higher net carb tolerance then other people.
Day 5 / 7day trial
Plan:
Rest Day
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with smoked haddock and tomatoes (swapped haddock for bacon)
Lunch: Chocolate protein porridge
Dinner: Jerk cod with avocado sweet corn and tomato salsa (swapped cod for haddock)
Snack 1: Beef Jerky
Snack 2: Ketocardiff cookie
