Hello and welcome to my channel!
Today I share with you a classic Cuban stew with all the right flavours 😋 This dish is a show stopper delicious!

Ingredients:

Meat Marinate
4 lbs bottom round beef roast
2 Tablespoons Sofrito
1/3 Cup Sour Orangeo Juice fresh or Concentrated.
3 Tablespoons Fresh Garlic pureed
2 Fresh Limes
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon dry Oregano
1 Teaspoon dry Thyme
1 Packet Sazon seasoning
Black Pepper to taste
Adobo Seasoning to taste

Stew:
3 Cups of water
1/2 Cup White Dry Wine
1 Tablespoon Tomato paste
2 Tablespoons spanish olive salad plus 1 Tablespoon of its brine.
3 spritz fresh Thyme
3 spritz fresh cilantro
1 sweet bell pepper
1 onion
