One suggestion I would add for long-form workout videos is to provide times to jump ahead to the start of each new exercise. It's great to see the moves and hear the explanation but I don't necessarily want to watch this guy do 4 sets of every exercise for an hour long+. The commentary in between is insightful but an option to jump ahead would be helpful for people who just want to skim for the highlights.
