Chef McBride, you should post a video on YouTube for every demonstration at these festivals. And you should update your You Tube channel. You can get more subscribers and you can monetize your videos and make a little money from advertising on your posts.
Good on pork and beef prices are going up, keep going ? Yes I'm a vegan, however, loving your cooking! I'm going to buy your veg book, sometimes I fall off the wagon lol. I also adapt recipes to vegan!
