My church recently began offering gluten free wafers.
I used to buy gluten free communion wafers, have them blessed, then I brought them with me to church. It's not traditional, but neither is the conventionally grown G M O wheat.
In my heart, the meaning of breaking bread at a meal was important in that it meant a group that ultimately trusted one another was eating together, because you had to put down your sword, or not use your poison, or were a family, or it simply was vernacular for eating a meal together. And this became symbolic of the church, for the new church, and new and old members of the church joining together.
So, to me, it's not the flour comprising the bread, but the act of eating together of the bread which has been blessed by the church to carry the meaning of this sharing of a meal into the sharing of spirit and belonging to each other, and to God, and the recognition of god within us as his creation.
In general, Vaccines should not be injected, bypassing our traditional interaction with diseases.
Wheat germ agglutinin should not be added to vaccines.

I started getting eczema recently on my back. It was so itchy. I decided to eliminate wheat cause' I knew it has a tendency to cause dry patches on my arms. The eczema is now going away. I was not allergic to wheat before, but it doesn't surprise me that I have sensitivity. I think no one should eat it. They are GMO wheat now as well which has been shown to cause higher allergenic response.
This gluten problem is in vaccines, & then pesticides genetically modified into the corn, wheat, soy etc messing up the grains even more for all humans not just gluten sensitives!! I was only able to listen while working but WOW!!
