I don't do pork but I cut turk.bacon in half fry in olive oil til crispy,its really close tasting to real bacon!

Have you or anyone reading this made a grilled cheese with mayo rather than butter?Β Yeah, coat the bread with mayo before cooking it, and you'll find it gives it a richer and moist flavor. I think Mike should do a taste test to see which he likes better.

I tried this and it really is killer!
But I had a little twist!
Instead of sourdough and American cheese, I used a jalapeno and cheese bread and I used mozzarella cheese.
It works wonderfully!!

Use freshly shredded cheese in grill cheese sandwiches. Melts faster and more evenly…. not to mention tastes creamier in the end result
