Hello Manju I had sent you a message B4 with regards to Full body exercise for women going through menopause which you have shown. But I have a problem as soon as I start to do it I get hot flushes as it is I am suffering from hot flushes a lot.
I really need your help I live in London UK I work full-time Mon to Fri I have an office job do mainly sitting down don't get time for exercise at all but try to do some walking 3 to 4 days in a week which is not enough I know. I was wondering if you could help me with my problems.
1 I am going through menopause and it's affecting me a lot I get tired no energy and hot flushes too much every 30 mins I get them or if I walk fast or do anything Inca hurry.
2 I weigh 70 kg my height is 5 feet 2 inches I need to lose at least 5 kg by End of October as I have a close wedding to go to.
3 I am also bolted in the morning it's not too bad but as the day goes by and end of day my belly looks like I am 9 months. Heavely pregnant.
Overall my legs and arms are not too bad but my middle part of the body really needs shaping up front and back.
Please help me can you come up with a plan for me and I am sure there are many others in my situation too. Please do this ASAP.
