My daughter, now 26, with attest to me making avocado toast for her when she barely had the teeth to bite into it. That’s make for about 24 years I’ve been making fresh guac on toasted sourdough. That’s what we called it at least. On social media it seems to be something new, lol. It’s the second to the hashtag avocado. I was hesitant to even post this because it’s right up there with seeing another taco, or michillada post. Seen one you seen them all. 24 years ago I used store bought everything in this recipe and it was delicious. Today the chili’s, cilantro and tomatoes are grown in our very own garden and I bake fresh sourdough bread. This toast is first buttered with my fresh homegrown hatch chili and tomatillo roasted garlic butter before it’s topped with fresh guacamole with diced Serrano chili’s and seasoned with fresh lime, ground cumino, onion and cilantro. Garnished with a Amethyst Cream Yellow with purple shoulder cherry tomato also from our garden. A whole new level of deliciousness. If you read all this you deserve a bite. @jessicageeeeeee
