Sounds so good, I’m making it as soon as I buy all the ingredients 👌 I absolutely love your recipes, my favorite was waffles with almond flour.
Looks GREAT! I'm really loving learning how to cook/eat healthier after been diagnosed with fatty liver.
I don't want to darken my skin !?
Cutting board
A little messy, but very yummy:) i tried a lot of your recipes already.
What brand and type of sundried tomatoes do you recommend?
Another great recipe. I am having a Dr. Axe marathon YouTube video weekend! LOL. I made a commitment to get back on track yesterday so I need all the reminders and help I can get so I don't get tempted this week to do the usual drive thru in a hurry. That is what is killing me, but I also don't want to feel like I am in the kitchen all day and night. I don't have the energy and cannot stand for long periods at this time.
I cannot thank you enough. I love how you teach nutrition as you go. And thank you that your videos are so professionally done. No annoying music. Not too much unnecessary talk. Right to the point. And I love your kitchen! I just want to get you a garbage bowl. I learned to keep one nearby as I cook from Rachael Ray. LOL. I am a new fan. God bless you.
Florentine Omelet is one of my favorite recipes to make. It's so easy…

Dr Josh, thanks for posting such fantastic videos, will be keeping eye on all your great videos from now on.You have a great kitchen, but observed you don't use a cutting board to cut stuff, but use your kitchen surface to cut onions etc, never mind 🙂 .
