1 cup butter room temperature
8 ounces of Cream cheese room temperature
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1 orange grated (donβt use the white part)
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
(1 teaspoon of orange oil if you donβt have actual orange zest)
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Icing
1 cup of powdered sugar
3-5 tablespoons of orange juice
I added a drop or two of orange gel food coloring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Using a large bowl cream butter and cream cheese on medium speed
add zest of one orange to the butter mixture, beat until fluffy
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one until incorporated, next beat in vanilla.
Use a medium bowl, add baking soda, flour and salt and combine. Add to the butter mixture and beat until combined smooth.
Add sour cream and beat until combined.
Separate about a cup of the cake batter and add 4 tablespoons of orange jello mix (you can add a few drops of orange food color if you like) until combined.
Pour half of the batter into a greased Bundt pan add the cup of jello cake mixture and spread it around, top off with the remaining cake batter,
Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees until toothpick test comes out clean.
Cool cake in itβs pan for 5-6 minutes, then remove from pan to cool on a cooling rack will take a couple of hours.
Make the icing
Mix powdered sugar and orange juice to the consistency you prefer for your glaze
You can add mandarin orange slices for garnishing

Didn't see when you pout the sour cream, also Jello pudding is not listed int he recipe.
