Ingredients:
300 gr/ 9,2 oz Flour 00 – universal –
140 gr/ 5 oz of sugar
125 gr / 4,4 oz softened butter
3 eggs
125 ml milk
470 gr / 17oz fresh figs
1 lemon zest
Vanilla aroma 4 ml = 1 Teaspoon
1 bag baking powder 16 gr = 1 Tablespoon
—— here the one i use
1 pinch of salt
To Sprinkle: brown sugar
Backing tray size : round 22 cm/ 8,6 hinches, rectangular cm 12×30 /inches 4,7×11,8
Bake 1 hour at 180 C / 350 F
