Dallas Texas in the house ! This guys from Dallas ?
The fact you had to keep putting down those bags and setting up the camera and doing a whole scene again is just great 😂
Never heard of anyone say they over did it on fibre. Fibre and Protect (plus a cal deficit) are key to weight loss and cutting.
Really wish you had a reading nutrition label video
Do you have any suggestions for bbq sauces or sauces for nuggets_
Omg..you food actually look really yummy!
Costco haul!
No traders here what a waste of a video
There is a version of diet Coke made with Splenda.
Quite a lot of processed shit in there, not sure if that's the idea of this channel that you can have some and still be healthy, but it should be made more clear which items are better and which ones are worse. Otherwise it's just a useless list of food items.
Lol. Rice cakes and cereals. Macaroni? Pizza sauce and cheap mustard? Bread? Soda? Weight loss my ass.
Not gonna lie. Cringed and judged you super hard for the parking job at Trader Joe’s.. lol
Show us how you cook your frozen veggies
this is almost EXACTLY what I buy, and I also split trader joe's and Aldo, WTF…. I think i met my grocery list soul mate? also someone please make a clip of him saying 'you know Im a mini chocolate chip fanatic' lmfao SAME
I love these videos! I travel weekly for work and I'll watch one of your grocery haul videos before i go to the store to give me some inspiration/encourage to stay on track. I have to get crafty sometimes when i'm limited to a hotel microwave and fridge. Thank you!
How much did all of that cost and do you use all of it before it goes bad? I'd be worried about shelf life
I appreciate you so much 😭💗
This is the first video I’ve watched of yours & your personality is awesome! Looking forward to watching more videos of yours!
Have you ever tried the spelt english muffins by Rudis?? They taste like sour dough english muffins and the macros are AMAZING! You can get them at Whole Foods!
Zach, what's an european alternative to sugar free jello? All we have is no flavour gelatin sheets, those with the diagonal patterns you know that you melt in warm water? anything we can do with stevia, flavdrops and that stuff to resemble jello?
Kroger or meijer! Thats all thats around me really hahah
Do an Aldi grocery haul next!
I would like a video on high volume filling delicious low calories foods !!!!!!!!!!!!
Omfg where have you been?! Found you today and I love your videos 🥳
Would love to see a Costco haul.
is this all for one week for you?
Thank you, this is awesome!
You are the first person I know to say you have a aspartame sensitivity! When I was in college I got horrible migraines. I mean I had to go to ER once it was so bad and ended up with a morphine drip cause it felt like my brain was being squeezed. Long story short in college I lived off Diet Coke and was not aware of my aspartame sensitivity. To this day I Cannot touch anything were it has a high content. And people still think I’m crazy. Thank you for making me feel like I’m not crazy lol
Can you do a video on the “dangers” of too much fiber aside from just some crazy poop lol also when doing macros for carbs does your number say if it’s 160carbs is that before or after accounting for fiber ?
Just got the umami seasoning blend and it tastes amazing. Sort of has a mushroomy ramen type flavor. Just be careful because a little goes a long way and it can make things too salty.
Oh and you should try nutritional yeast from Trader Joe’s in place of that popcorn cheese. You will be surprised how much it tastes like cheddar
Hey Zach, quick question, why are you worried about fiber?
Dude you have to get the Lavash bread from Costco, that thing is enormous and only 4g of carbs! Great video tho!
Just bought some silk oat milk….can't wait to try it. Always have used silk unsweetened cashew milk.
That’s my Trader Joe’s!!!! ❤️
The amount of work that goes into your videos does not go unnoticed!!!! Love your content 🙌🏽
Awesome video was trying to watch on instragram didnt work
Hey! Just curious if you use reusable bags when grocery shopping?? Love that Trader Joe’s has paper but reusable is always better and such an easy way to make an environmental impact 🙂
So wish i had HEB by me!
❤❤❤ Thank you👍👍👍😘
For your pizza sauce, you've gotta find the Rao's brand! Only 4 grams of carbs and EXTREMELY simplistic ingredients, but AMAZING taste.
Hi Zach. I'm from Poland and we don't have products like this mozarella or turkey bacon, but I love watching your videos, keep it up bro, peace✌️
I feel you on the aspertame problem. I can get migraines from it. But that leads me to a question: many, if not most, of your dessert recipes call for zero calorie sugar substitutes such as Stevia, which can also trigger my migraines. In fact, most sugar substitutes do for some reason, although admittedly, I'm afraid to keep constantly trying them because I don't want to have to lock myself in a cold, dark room for 8 hours afterwards just in case. Do you have any suggestions on what to do when it comes to your recipes for people like me with sugar substitute sensitivities? Or would it be best to just skip that ingredient altogether? I gave up sugar more than a year ago, so a lot of things taste sweet to me that don't to most people. Thanks!
Freaking love your channel!
