On the weekends I like to prep for the upcoming week.
This week I prep some ham & cheese sandwiches, pretzel and cheese snacks and chocolate pancakes with fruit for breakfast. Itβs a busy weekend, so I have to keep it super simple!

I eat a cutie, mandarin, tangerine or some type of orange every day. I love citrus fruit. I've eaten pretzels with salsa, but haven't tried it with queso – will put that on my list to try!
