You’ll need…
INGREDIENTS:
-5″ x 5″ cake with 5 layers of cake and 4 layers of filling (cake and
filling of your choice)
-4″ x 4″ cake for middle tier
-3″ x 4″ cake for top tier
-pink (bottom and middle) and white (top) fondant for covering cake
tiers
-fondant in white, pink, lavender, periwinkle blue, orange, yellow,
black and dark green
-buttercream in white, yellow, lavender, black, avocado green and
darker green, periwinkle blue
-luster dust in cotton candy pink
-shoestring licorice
-spaghetti (raw)
TOOLS:
-dowels (one for each tier, 2 for ears and one long for center)
-cake board for each tier
-base cake board: 3 8″ cake boards taped together and covered in
contact paper
-butterfly mold or cookie cutter
-medium 5 pointed petal cookie cutter for daffodil
-small flower plunger cutters
-small egg cookie cutter
-tips: 1, 2, 3, 352
-turntable, water and brush, paint brush, small spatula, very small
scissors, pizza cutter
