This Almond Cake is super moist, incredibly delicious and incredibly easy! Called ,,Le Namandier,, in France, but his origins are in southern Spain.
Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-130 g de sucre
-200 g ground almonds (almond meal or almond flour)
-100 g butter, melted
-rum flavour
-powdered sugar to dust (optional)
