Chicken Queso Soup

Chicken Queso Soup
2 large chicken breasts
1 package Epicure Ooey Gooey Queso
1 tbsp Epicure Fajita Seasoning (Can use Epicure Taco Seasoning, Epicure Chipotle Seasoning)
28 oz diced tomatoes (partially drained)
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 cup Epicure Poco Picante Salsa (prepared)
1/4 tsp Epicure Sea Salt
2 cup boiling water
1 tbsp Epicure Chicken Broth
8 ounces creamed cheese

Optional: Top with Avocado Slices or Sprig of Parsley

– Slice Chicken into bite size pieces and cook in your Multipurpose steamer on high for 8 mins.
– In a large pot mix all ingredients together.
– Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes.
– Can be prepared for the Slow Cooker in the same manner. Cook on low.
