Easy No Oil Air Fryer Taquitos-Vegan
Easy no oil air fryer taquitos that are vegan and gluten free. This recipe is quick and easy and done in minutes using your air fryer. Here is what you will need to make this easy no oil air fryer vegan taquito recipe.
*Ingredients*
corn tortillas
vegan refried beans home made or canned
pre baked potatoes
avocado
salsa
onion powder
garlic powder
cumin
smoked paprika
salt
*Instructions*
cut the potatoes in half and remove skin and place the potato in a bowl. Using a fork mash the potatoes, next add the spices to taste. set aside
next cut avocado and scoop out the avocado with a spoon and place in a bowl. Using a fork mash avocado and add seasons to taste and set aside.
Next place tortillas in the microwave for 25 to 30 seconds or till they get soft enough to work with.
Lay a corn tortilla down and start by adding beans then potato then avocado then salsa. Roll up tortilla and place in the basket of your air fryer. Continue making taquitos until you basket is full. Taquitos should be in a single layer.
air fry on 400 degrees for about 9-10 minutes. I flipped mine after about 6 minutes. All air fryers are different so you may have to adjust temperature or cooking time. Garnish with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, avocado. You could do a cheese sauce or cashew cream as well.
