Just in time for Cinco De Mayo, Mike’s killer Mexican grilled cheese sandwich is hot, spicy and delicious. Made with four Mexican cheeses, sliced tomato and jalapenos, black olives and a dab of hot habenero sauce, on a whole wheat sour dough and fried with avocado oil. Wow, this baby is killer diller. So much that Mike almost eats the entire thing while doing a little cha-cha.

I was just diagnosed with high cholesterol I have refused meds and trying to do this without meds. I did not think you could eat any cheese. Id not know I have heard so much different news. Anyho here to learn and gather all the info I can.
