Ingredients to make a 15 cm 6 inch round cake.
225g sultanas
115g unsalted butter
115g soft light brown sugar
2 medium eggs beaten
175g self – raising flour
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.

As requested the measurements in ounces.
8oz sultanas, 4oz butter, 4oz soft light brown sugar, 6 oz self raising flour, 2 eggs beaten, 1 tsp mixed spice and 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda.
