This way of eating seems too extreme, unbalanced, and expensive to me, but whatever works for you. Definitely not diabetic friendly with all the sugar. Your DIY, home decor, plant, & travel videos are great though.

I feel so inspired watching you videos.
Smoothies are my favorites to snack on, specially during the warmer months. I can strongly recommend making one with: 1 banana (not frozen), 225 g frozen blackberries, 2 nectarines and 500 ml water. It is delicious.
I've been trying the food tracker for a few days. I always thot I was eating super healthy, but my micro nutrients are SO LOW! Yesterday, I ate 2 cups strawberries,1 cup yogurt, a 14 oz bag of cole slaw mix plus 1 cup carrots, with 2 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp coconut oil to make slaw. 1/2 cup blue berries, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 tbsp flax seed meal, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup mixed nuts, an avocado and 6 oz chicken. My calories have been coming in way too low and , beyond the macro nutrients and B vitamins, I'm doing pretty terribly. This is going to take some real work!
