The only thing better than guacamole is guacamole when you are camping!
Hi ghostbirdofprey – thanks for the comment. Yeah, I agree on the cutting board. That cutting board holds a special place in my life but alas, it's now used as a sink cover. Cheers!
The spiciness of the jalepenos is related to the temperature, plants produce more oils (which capsaiascin is) when it gets hotter out. My best peppers and herbs (at least the ones that can take the heat such as the rosemary) are grown when its 110 outside.
on a side note: that poor knife, you dull the edge so much more quickly cutting it on a hard surface such as that pane of glass.
Excellent show! I love the Jalapeno tip! I use them quite often and I'm always getting the juices in my eyes. Not sure why I didn't think of using a plastic bag, but I'm glad I watched your show. 🙂 Keep up the good work! I just uploaded my first video yesterday. I can't wait to get my camcorder so I can start doing cooking videos as well. I look forward to more of your videos. Ciao!
@barebones907 "you" = joke. LOL
@barebones907 did u miss the lol?? haha im kidding ma lady…obviously adding the lemon juice is an important step that she missed…calling a guy out on calling the RVer out. Its a double call out, its funny. (picture the last sentance read by norm macdonald in the jeopardy skit..)

I'm a part time RV'er and a full time cook for my family. I really enjoyed this video and I can't wait to try your guacamole.

Hi EverHurt,
You are so very kind! This was my very first RV Cooking Show – I think the show keeps getting better.
I agree – we RVers need more national exposure and I wish the show was on TV but alas, not yet. I'd love it and lots of others would, too…anyone out there interested in helping me take this to a national level?
Happiest of travels (and dining experiences) to you, EverHurt.

I posted a video response to your question…check it out!

Easy answer…make sure your "kiss-ee" enjoys some delicious Tucson Guacamole with you. Guaranteed to make you both smile.

Work-camping, tele-commuting (if your job allows it), migrant working, stuff like that.
we (mexicans), aren't that careful with the jalapeños. Actually we don't eat it that much with guacamole, usually we eat it with tacos 🙂

Look for my other RV-related videos by typing RoadabodeProductions (no spaces – you can copy and paste the name if that's easier) in the "search" box above. Happy travels…
Looks great! The only thing I'd add is a little fresh lime.
