   Hey there. I'm about 2 weeks into my full liquid diet (stage 3 they call it out here). My Dr has his patients go on this diet for 4 weeks before the surgery. This is just to make sure you can handle the liquid diet because he has you on it for 4 weeks after surgery. He also thinks its better because this diet is a shock to your body and he would rather your body be in shock before the surgery so that's just one less thing you have to worry about when trying to heal. I've been watching pretty much all your videos trying to find some good tips and tricks and you are just full of good information. By the looks of things, I will be going into surgery in Dec, 2014 or Jan 2015. As long as everything goes well. My highest weight was July 22nd at 280. I was 265 when I went in for my first appt with my weights loss dr on Sep 24,2014. A couple days ago I weighed in at 257. So I think I'm doing good so far. I don't feel hungry but I do miss chewing. I spend a lot of time at the gym, so that is a big help as well. The scary part for me postop is going back to work. I am a shift worker. I work 12hr shifts. 4 on and 4 off. My 4 shifts on I work 2 day shifts and then 2 night shifts. I wondering if you would know someone who could help with a eating plan for timings for that kind of life style? I would also like to know what you thought about the ice cream. I'm a huge ice cream fan and I'm not sure if I can get them up here in Canada. lol

   Hey hope I just started watching your videos! I am having VSG next month and im so excited! I cant help but notice how pretty ur hands and fingernails are (probably because im a cosmetologist). Has your ring size changed at all? Im wondering if my little chubby fingers will lose weight too LOL! 🙂

   Love you video Hope and I really like the idea of putting the turkey burger in a lettuce shell instead of a bun. With the summer months and BBQ's coming up it will be a good alternative to eating the typical Hamburger. Also "your kitchen is beautiful" 🙂
