Waldorf salad
This is a simple salad made with grapes, apples, celery, and nuts. Yogurt and light mayonnaise is used as a dressing in this salad.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup green grapes;
1/2 cup red grapes;
1/2 cup celery
1 small apple;
3 tbsp yogurt;
1 1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise;
1 1/2 tbsp almonds;
1 1/2 tbsp walnuts;
few dried cranberries;
salt to taste;
1/4 tsp black pepper powder;
few parsley leaves;
1/2 tsp lemon juice;
lettuce leaves
Heat a pan.
Add almonds, walnuts and toast them on low flame for 3 minutes.
In a bowl add yogurt, lite mayo, salt, black pepper powder, and whisk well.
Add grapes, celery, apples, parsley and mix well.
Add the toasted almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries and give a good toss.
