Great morning thank you for the upload. Of what a plant based diet a boxer eat I'm trying to be a plant based but have a Lot of challenge.. trying to exercise like a boxer
Been a vegan now for years. There is a true scientific path to all this.
Think about it. We weren't meant to kill. We were born to love and respect and nurture. It stands to reason that if we introduce any "foreign" elements into our body, that it will deteriorate and destroy. I dont care what anyone says, we are herbivores and function best that way. Anything else is Alpha Male BS about being predators, hunter gatherers, and the master race. Jokingly enough, if we want to TRULY protect our families and planet, we need to revert to what is right and true.
Well done David Haye for recognising this. Often athletes think muscularity and bulk make them better. But veganism shows you something new. You can enjoy whole food and stay lean, fast and alert. We really don't need to be bulky. The vegan benefits for mind body soul are huge.

Edit: Take out the turmeric and that blueberry, parsley, walnut, rocket, celery, chilli, red onion and apple salad sounds incredible.

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every fat reduction system that was available, but eventually not one of them helped me to shed and keep the weight off.
